 A quiet monday, with monday blues chased far far away. Sitting across guoyou at an awesome, quiet coffee place, tiramisu cake and milkshake, christmas carols playing in the background, I'm in bliss.
Also, not that it is of particular importance to anyone, i just order my awesome, pretty birthday cake! I'm so mad excited about it, since its been so long since I made a big deal out of my birthday cake. Going fancy once in a while isn't all that bad. I LOVE IT. <3 <3

Reading week and i'm in bliss already. With just 1 exam left, i'm suddenly thankful for all those horrifying projects mid-semester cos I done have to study for exams now. Now that school time is over, i finally had some me-time, pampering me time. :p Went for an awesome Thai massage and foot scrub yesterday, I feel like a new person. All the tension and the stiffness erased, I just wanna lay back and not do anything. Possibly try and watch the meteor show today should a good location surfaces...
I'm so happy its weird. Hongkong trip at mid december, I cant wait to eat shop eat shop once again. Can't wait for the cool weather and all the good food. Come to think of its, its 2 years since i went to hongkong already... Guoyou's first trip to Hongkong, hope it turns out well. Hokkaido with the family end-december. Me and my overly excited sister keep shopping for winter clothes and boots online even though we were both damn busy with school for the past week. I'm most looking forward to going to the chocolate factory and ski resort there. The white chocolates there are the best, ever. :D
Now, instead of doing my stupid publications work, mummy and I are planning for our facial together next week. I've been staying home so much more this week, with my dad in Greece and my sister slogging it out in Vietnam, I've decided to playing my part as the fillal daughter and keep my mom company. Although, she's in her room watching TV, completely ignoring my presence. Its the thought that counts.
Whatever it is, I'm happy. I just need to count down these 7 more days to my first (and last!) paper!

Last night (or early this morning in the am) I went to bed, and then, for once in a long time, I didn't set an alarm to wake up to. And now, its a Saturday afternoon, and I'm home. I'm happily home, well-rested, at peace and happily at home. I can't remember the last time I didn't have to force myself out of bed early Saturday morning, to go for tuition, or to get down to work. Its great, its great staying home on this glorious Saturday. I might even go for a swim later. If the weather permits. Might i add, the weather's been mad lately. Driving home at 4 in in the morning with the raining pouring down on the car's windscreen = not fun.
2 weeks left to the end of school. Its really amazing how time flies. In between settling down for school, getting over the awesome life in Korea and planning for the internship next semester, somehow, 11 weeks of school just flew by like that. How could time just slip away like that? Fastest semester, yet. The next two week i foresee, no, i know, are going to be dead-crazy. Everything's due then and I guess serves me right for taking on all the non-examinable modules. But I'm really thankful for all the help I have received in school so far. Cooperative groupmates toiling endlessly for some ultra-small percentage of marks, exchanging ideas for assignments, endlessly trying to chase down all our deadlines... But mostly, I'm just really thankful for having a boyfriend so awesome with all his designing stuff. Really, the Publications modules would have really screwed me upside down without his help.
School aside, Guoyou turned 21 a few days ago! :) Another how-time-flies-by moment. Just thinking back, to his 17th birthday, the first one we spent together.... :) :) :) I really can't wait for our trip at the end of the year!!! A nice little pre-christmas in Hongkong... I'm really looking forward to that 5 days away from everything.
For now, Saturday's half gone... Its time to get down to work!! As Jiawen said, I don't need to celebrate Halloween cos NUS is already making my life a nightmare!!!
